Isabelle Zehnder (CAICA): Help for your teen

If you are desparate and at your wits end, seeking help for your troubled teen, I would urge you go visit www.caica.org.

Review the Questions and Warning Signs for parents.

There are an endless number of websites leading to the same programs, programs that are allegedly abusive and that have been named in a growing lawsuit that was filed August 2006. What began as a three-plaintiff lawsuit has grown to an 82-plaintiff lawsuit and another 40 are expected to join soon. The law firm continues to receive calls from parents and children who claim they were abused and defrauded.

Seeking help for your child or teen can be daunting and very confusing. I am offering a free one-hour consultation for parents who would like to better understand the industry and to help provide you with options and resources.

It is my goal to help parents stop and take a breath before they make one of the biggest decisions they will ever make for their child and for their family. Many parents have reported that marketing agents they find over the Internet have frightened them into thinking if they do not act immediately their child is in danger. When in reality only a very small number of children and teens fall into this category.
